Developing playbooks of diverse housing and homelessness strategies to meet the needs and urgency of cities, counties and nonprofits large or small. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following: encampment resolution efforts, interim housing projects, permanent supportive housing projects, alternative unarmed response models, Latino/a/x Homelessness, Safe Parking initiatives, Street Medicine, government funding procurement, community engagement, and team infrastructure development.
